For our client we are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee outsourced outbound logistics services for the European region. This role is integral to maintaining high operational standards and driving continuous improvement across all logistics functions. Responsibilities

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of outbound logistics. You will monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify performance discrepancies, and develop actionable plans based on data analysis. Your role will involve structuring and visualizing data from various sources to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in services, performance, and costs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with departments such as sales, order management, and finance to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will also take ownership of and supervise the payment process concerning the logistics services.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in logistics management;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Ability to manage different stakeholders simultaneously;
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies;
• Proficiency in data visualization and structuring;
• Proficiency in English and in Swedish, both verbal and written.
