Arbetsuppgifter / Work Tasks

As part of the vehicle development team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and refining technical solutions at the vehicle level. Your main responsibility will be to perform extensive driving tests on racetracks and public roads to optimize vehicle performance. This role requires in-depth experience in handling vehicles under high-performance conditions, including vehicle setup and evaluation of advanced systems like torque vectoring and suspension tuning. You will work closely with engineers and other specialists to ensure top-tier performance and handling of our electric vehicles.

Kvalifikationer / Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you need the following qualifications and skills:

• Extensive experience in test- and racetrack driving, with a minimum of 1,000 laps on major European racetracks (e.g. Spa, Hockenheim, Nürburgring, etc.)
• Preferred experience in 24-hour races at Spa and Nürburgring (NBR)
• Familiarity with the OEM vehicle development process
• In-depth knowledge of tire preparation/setup and wheel suspension tuning
• Expertise in torque vectoring tuning
• Experience with motorsport projects is highly desirable
• Valid T3 driving license and Nürburgring industrial-pool license
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Swedish, both written and verbal
