HR-partner with great experience from Swedish labor law - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

Description

We are now looking for a senior HR Partner with a broad generalist knowledge within the HR field and deeper knowledge within employee relations and Swedish labor law.

Work tasks

In this role you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our leaders. Your daily assignments will include:

-Key player for maintaining high quality employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations

-Support and coach our managers and employees in HR related areas

-Leadership development

Qualifications

We believe that you have a strong drive for constant improvement, see possibilities and a better way forward, yet are open-minded and humble.

That you have proven experience of follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions

You have great experienc within Swedish labor law, employee relations, work environment tasks as well as union negotiations (MBL). It's very positive if you furthermore have excellent change management skills and experience in coaching leaders in supporting change.

We see that you have a holistic mindset and are skilled in breaking down silos, enable collaboration and empower teams.

For this role it's also important that you have good written and verbal communication in English.
