Are you a skilled legal professional with experience in commercial and corporate law? We are looking for a driven Legal Counsel to join our client’s international legal team in Gothenburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium electric vehicle brand in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate B2B and B2B2C commercial agreements.
Provide high-quality legal advice across daily operations, including software licensing, supply, procurement, IT, logistics, and distribution contracts.
Manage corporate legal matters independently, including drafting material for Board of Directors and Annual General Meetings.
Offer legal guidance with a business-partner mindset and maintain compliance with Swedish corporate law.
Develop and maintain contract templates and internal legal guidelines.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Legal & IP colleagues.

Qualifications (must be clearly stated in your CV)

Mandatory requirements:

Swedish LL.M. (Master of Laws).
Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience from a law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
Proven ability to negotiate, draft, and review commercial and corporate agreements.
Deep knowledge of Swedish corporate law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong team player with a solution-oriented attitude.

Merits:

Master-level coursework in international commercial/business or corporate law.
Previous experience within the automotive or infrastructure industry.

Terms & Conditions

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by us and seconded to the client. The assignment is full-time and on-site in Gothenburg, starting on June 3, 2025, and initially running until September 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
